Your donation will help underserved children and adults receive the dental care they desperately need. This survey is where you may specify a student to associate with your donation, if applicable.

VIP Table for 4 at the 2017 Dental Charity Ball The VIP area is a separate reserved seating area with a bottle of Champagne, separate wait staff and other amenities for 4 representatives. Tickets for additional representatives are available for purchase.
